As at 3:00pm on 1 April 2020, there have been 4,860 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Australia. There have been 303 new cases since 3:00pm yesterday.
Of the 4,860 confirmed cases in Australia, 20 have died from COVID-19. More than 256,000 tests have been conducted across Australia.
