If there was a space station with a large diameter tube attached to it that went to the stratosphere could that clean the ozone layer then lowered to different heights to control weather pressure systems for more or less rain.
So if placed over a bush fire can it suck the smoke or oxygen out to contain the fire.

Could wrapping copper around the earths equator play with the magnetic field and the earths weather and climate change????

Why dont we utilise more of the ocean fo power. With the advancement in technology now, surely turbines , magnetics , funnel and venturi designs used with plastics or other corrosion proof materials , surely a sustainable way to generate power with the tide .
